
Rebecca Long

Rebecca Long is a temporary licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (t-LMFT). She holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mount Mercy University. She is trained in the EFIT approach to individual therapy and EFT approach to couples therapy, as well as advanced training in the treatment of trauma (including racial trauma). Rebecca works with teens age 13+, adults of all ages, and those in relationships of any form. Her clinical interests include discernment counseling and divorce, LGBTQIA+, marginalized populations, men's mental health, PTSD, and self-harm/suicidal ideation. While Rebecca's approach to therapy is primarily attachment-based with somatic awareness, she adapts her practice using a range of research-based approaches to meet each client's needs.
