Mariah is a Temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor and has always been passionate about mental health, supporting others, wellness, and advocacy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Relations (University of Iowa) and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (Upper Iowa University).

Mariah currently provides therapy for individuals and has experience with a wide range of people of different ages and backgrounds. Her approach is relational and compassionate, rooted in the belief that all clients deserve to be met exactly where they are. She uses a wide range of therapeutic approaches to tailor each session to the client’s needs.

Outside of the therapy office, Mariah enjoys time with her husband, friends, and 2 dogs. She’s usually curled up with a good book in a coffee shop, tending to her plants, hiking/walking, in a hot yoga class, or travelling.
